Parental control is exactly what it is.. parental control. It's up to you as an individual to monitor your children (if you have any) responsibly whilst perusing the internet. Kaspersky internet security has a wonderful parental control module. Failing that you could always look for programs like Net Nanny or keep the kids of the pc. Now point me to the guy blowing his brains out.. I must have missed that one.

I think your talking about the Stickmen Wars Screensavers. Google it.. most are download applications.
