Nope, that's not optimal. It depends on the resolution of your screen...if you are operating at a screen resolution above 1024, there's no issues...90% of our traffic comes from people running 1280 or better resolution on their monitors.

But you're right...I need to squeeze things in to make that work better. We'll fix it.

It's not technically a popup...it's a javascript overlay. I'm running a popup blocker, and it's not effected at all. It would be a problem if someone wasn't running javascript, but so would LOTS of other things on the site.

I don't really like the non-movable box either, but you can implement with just an embedded form instead. But I like the "available on every page" aspect.

We haven't fully described what WE want to use it for, because I'm fully expecting that our patrons will use it for what THEY want, and not what we expect. :-)

I'm sorry that you feel that our awesome is somehow depriving you of your own supply. The truth of the matter is that awesome isn't a limited resource, and Lupton Library being full of awesome in no way lessens the potential for your own library to also be filled with awesome.

Why won't my videos record?

When attempting to record, the video appears to record, but the "post video" button never activates, nor do I get any preview, etc. This is true in both IE and Firefox, on an XP machine with a Logitech camera.
