Go ahead... Shop for a BRANDShopping lists with brand names now work as expected. So "Bairds", "Bordens" or "Log Cabin" now behave as would be expected.

Add XYZ Grocer! While we've loaded a LOT of grocers... there are quite a few who have said, "No thanks." to participating in Grocio.com.
I've been contacting the headquarters of grocery chains large and small for the past year. What will REALLY help is if the local store locations are made aware of what Grocio is and that you want to see them listed/participating. Seems that little bit of internal awareness has the ability to do the trick in many cases.
Don't be shy in letting me know about a chain you would like to see in the list (store name and city will help me).
Thanks

"No Products Found, Try Again?"If/when you see this message during the BETA testing it means one of three things:
1) it might be a good idea to try a different product term. (EXAMPLE: Big Wally's No-Fat, No-Salt Butter might be better put as Wally's Butter); or
2) The products database has been knocked unconscious; or
3) We are tending to some issue or other in the products database; or
In any event LET ME KNOW by email (gerald@grocio.com). It's likely we've been alerted. But, this *is* the LARGE beta and we're going to experience issues we've not seen before in previous testing.
Thanks

Sandra -
We're seeing the error you are and will return things back to tip top shape. It's been a long night. Bear with us while we do our thing. Thanks.

Which ZIP Codes work in the BETA?Thanks for BETA testing at http://beta.grocio.com/ You'll get better mileage out of the testing if you start with the 74114 zip code! We've loaded lots of grocers across the US. The zip codes in and around Tulsa are loaded with grocers and products and prices.
This keeps the database load manageable, the site responsive and gives us plenty of room for field testing with an eye toward expansion. Bear with us while we learn the lessons necessary to build it out to full scale awesomeness.
Grocio asked a question in Widgetbox on July 01, 2009 20:19:
Is there an easy way to CLONE one of my widgets? The widgets I'm putting together contain "localized" data streams (RSS feeds). I'd really like to be able to CLONE Widget #1 as the basis for #2, etc and just tailor the RSS feed values per widget. Is this doable? If so, how?
Grocio replied on June 30, 2009 00:23 to the question "RSS widget only displays 20 feed entries. How to show more?" in Widgetbox:
