tracker not always working

The tracker doesn't always work when I am using iTunes. It also doesn't seem to like when I switch between services - eg, if I'm listening in iTunes then switch to MySpace, it will track my iTunes listening, but not the MySpace listening. Seems to only have become a problem in the last couple of days.

How do we add music to the library? Is there a way to transfer a last.fm library over to Twones?
