GTAllstar's dashboard

I am totally at a loss as to why poeple show up on my Guest map and do not show up on the additional map I created. The guests have follow the basic instructiona , and when mistakes have been made, I deleted their names at their request. Now they don't show up on both maps anymore, just my guest map, why?
