Sandy started sending reminders again this morning like she normall does, but her responses to my emails are still not happening. I checked my settings, and replies are set to on. I did a search on iwantsandy.com for a test reminder I just sent to Sandy, and it's not there yet. Could it be a delay on the mail server getting messages to Sandy, or is Sandy still processing slowly? Thanks for all of the help and quick follow-up!

Sandy has been very slow to respond to my emails (or she doesn't respond at all) for the past day and a half. She processes my requests if I log on to iwantsandy.com, but emails to Sandy are not functioning as they normally do.

I am wondering if there is a way to ask Sandy to lookup items by tag and also excluding another tag at the same time (i.e. for items that have multiple tags - lookup all items tagged @todo but excluding those to-do items that are also tagged as @work). Is this possible, and if so, how?
