I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but it sounds like you are trying to set up some kind of FAQ. One of the best approaches I've seen for something like this is to make each question a heading, followed by the answer, like so:

[Formatted as Heading 1]What color is the sky?

Blue.

[Formatted as Heading 1]What color is grass?

Green.

Then, at the very top of the page, I insert a table of contents, by clicking "Insert Plugin", then "PBwiki Magic", and finally "Table of Contents". Click "Preview" and then "Okay" and it will insert it into the page. Now, at the top of your wiki (or wherever you have your table of contents), you'll see a list of all the questions, and when you click the question, it takes you down the page to the answer.
