We've been working on it today to get the Trojan issue resolved. It should be fine for you now but if you could let me know (screenshots would be great if that's possible, too), we'd love to make sure it's fixed for you.

Just received the same message. The message tells you to check the site jannawalitax.blogspot.com/ and then redirects to this page: http://twitter.access-logins.com/login/ -> and wants your twitter login credentials. I'm afraid it looks so convincing people are going to fall for this one.
