I'd love more qualifiers, but I think the menus could get unwieldy. This is english specific, but auto-detecting any verbs at the start of the post could be a fun addition when using the custom method.

I think that by showing that extra element of human kindness ... donating for a charitable cause ... Amazon would gain themselves some extra love and therefore business. They could also limit the amount of the donation so they don't lose on the free shipping overall.

I don't think this is something that would be utilized by the majority of users, but it's a cool idea and could be a nice feature for some people, especially very frequent visitors.

I'd even settled for being able to make our own qualifiers, complete with colored background. Those backgrounds are what we love :)
