    Gordon - my problem was a simple oversight. When I realized the code worked on some pages, but not the home page of the site - I discovered that it was an open div tag... Make sure all your tags are closed.

    I couldn't believe such a simple thing caused the problems. Whatever the case, it worked.

    Mike - thanks for the response. Since I removed the code - how can we go about testing this? Do you have people "on duty" after hours? I could probably re-load it.

    After receiving dozens of emails - I tested it with a cross-platform website tester - and experienced the same "operation aborted" error message that users were complaining about in IE6.

    How can I email you my site address?

    I installed the SmartLook code today - and things started working OK... however, readers of my site who are using Internet Explorer 6 - are reporting that the browser crashes.
    When I remove the SmartLook code -the site works fine.
    Please advise!

    I notice the domain is listed as *.domain.com - will that work for domains that don't use the www? Like http://domain.com? or is that setup to allow BOTH the www and with no www?

    Installing invocation code manually (no widgets)
    A couple things. I don't want the ratings stars to appear at the bottom of my post. I currently upse wp-ratings plugin - and my stars are underneath the post title... I'd like to keep it that way - and use the standard PHP code in place of my current plugin. Do the stars have to be at the end? Can I put them anywhere?

    Also - can I separate the ratings and the recommended posts? I'd like the recommended posts to where my current recommended posts are.. and does it work when you have a "jump" ?

    my site is http://hoboken411.com - see the ratings and recommended posts I have now. I'm using an older version of WP (2.0.11) - but may be upgrading to 2.7 eventually (it's a big job since my site & database is massive).

    How do I make a map of a particular category in my rss feed?
    I'd like to create a map that takes the geotags only from a particular category - and plots them all on a single map.
    Using Wordpress - and would like it on a page... not a post.
