Regression in 3.1.1: strange diagonal lines in Waterfall

Generating a waterfall graph in 3.1.1 results in a different display than in 3.0. Here is a comparison:

Also, in 3.1.1, the average level (except bass) of the initial signal is about 20 dB higher.

User manual: Cmd-click wrong, should be Control-click

In many places, the user manual states to Cmd-click in a window to get the context menu. This is wrong. It should be Control-click.

3.1.1 has a wrong display in Waterfall. Longer reverberations in low frequencies generate a diagonal line towards higher frequencies. 3.0.3 doesn't have this behavior.
