Not upset, but you seem to be misunderstanding the point of the question. This is not a complaint - I'm not asking "*Why doesn't* the bag fit", I'm asking "*Will* the bag fit". Right now it doesn't, but the bag builder is apparently being revamped. My question is, is it worth it for me to wait around to get one of the new bags, or shall I go elsewhere? It's not a demand that Timbuk2 cater to Apple customers, it's a question of whether they will again soon. And just because a bag accommodates Apple laptops doesn't mean it can't accommodate other laptops, since often they happen to be the same. It's not an insistence, it's a curiosity. We're asking Timbuk2 to let us know, should we keep shopping with you? Or have you moved on, because then we'll move on too. -

Also, why does nobody ever answer any questions on thing? It takes forever! If a customer needs help, they shouldn't have to wait so long to get a simple question answered! -

Are you fixing the bag builder medium laptop messengers to fit the new 15" MacBook Pros?When you revamp the bag builder (which is what I gather you're doing from the "change is comin' to the bag builder" part on the homepage) will you be redoing the medium size laptop messenger to accomodate the new Macbook Pro 15"? Because I'm a pretty short person (5'3"), so I'd prefer to not have to get the large size, which I'd be swimming, and my laptop would probably also be swimming in, for that matter. Thanks! -

BYOB: Tails and Reflectors and Large Laptop Bag versus Medium Laptop BagI'm doing the build your own bag thing, and I had a couple questions. First of all, if the tabs are smaller than the tails, are they still as easily visible at night? Does it make much of a difference in visibility?
Also, I'm not sure if I'm getting a 17" Macbook Pro yet or not. I may get a 15", but if I do get a 17" one, will it fit in the medium messenger bag if I have it in a separate sleeve of its own? I'd get the large laptop bag just to be safe, except that I'm 5'2" and the large bag looked pretty huge on the 5'3" girl in the pictures of employees with bags that you have up.
