I am a motorcyclist. I am also tired of hearing loud pipes on Harleys cruising as loud as they can along the "Avenue". Can the police give a ticket or two to "loud pipes"? This would get the word out that loud pipes are illegal (which they are!) They do this in some beach towns back east., and it is effective.

There are enough motorcyclists that care about their neighborhood and enjoy visiting nice places, including Willow Glen, without shattering eardrums.

Anybody else agree?
