A comment on the idea "Keyboard Shortcut for saving" in Zootool:

I think the best way would be to use ENTER after specifying all the tags.

You input a tag, confirm it with ENTER then another one. If there's no further text the ENTER key will save the entry. Is this doable?

Right now when pressing ENTER while no text is specified the lasso does nothing so I think that could be remapped. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I really like Zootool but what annoys me a little bit is that I always have to click on the save button when using the lasso.

It would be great if you could provide a keyboard shortcut for doing this.

As you mentioned earlier in your weblog it's a little bit annoying to disable the pop-up blocker every time I want to use the lasso. I would highly appreciate it if you could implement the iFrame solution.
