1) I can't got to /publish since I haven't been invited.

2) When I try to open it tells me "This is not a valid InDesign Interchange Document"

Awesome. I was working from the MagCloud_PublishingGuide pdf, which has a screen shot, but doesn't mention a template (that i saw.) THANK YOU!

Is there an InDesign "book template for MagCloud" available for download? Ideally one with the back cover space blocked off for mailing address? I'm new to InDesign, so hoping to bypass obvious mistakes.
