I don't really see the problem with shuffle not working when queueing songs - I think it is a feature! Often i start a playlist in shuffle-mode when using the computer, and then I might find a song that I want to hear - but I don't want to stop the song that is currently is playing or stop using the playlist. In those cases I queue the song I want to hear next. This is great during parties for instance. People can add requests without messing up the playlists.

If you want to shuffle songs - add them to a playlist, or search for the artist/record you want to shuffle - and then just klick on the song you want to start.

Since it is a function in MSN - a Microsoft product. I dont think that there is much that the Spotify-people can do to help here.

Spotify caches files on your disc for you to be able to access them faster, and also to make them available for other users to peer from you. You can read more about this on wikipedia, or why not in the official spotify faq http://www.spotify.com/en/help/faq/#d...

If you think that spotify uses to much disk-space, I would change the configuration (Ctrl+P or via Edit/Preferences in the menus), and the first option in there is to configure the cache. This way you can make a permanet change instead of having to delete the files after using spotify.

Works perfectly for me. Didn't even have to configure anything. Due to this I now run Spotify trough a xmod recever in every room - I even have one for the bathroom!
