This is a bug with the advanced search that we are aware of. To overcome this problem i have created a query that will provide you with information you are looking for.
the query is called Email for active CM's.

Thats correct that would solve the problem. This bug has been fixed on our staging database and is due to be released in our next release that is currently scheduled in for the 30th of April.

Dear Julie,

This is an issue at the moment. If you require BulletinBoards duplicating, it is necessary to change all categories the new duplicated BulletinBoard are attached to. You will need delete the sub categories that automatically appear on the duplicated BulletinBoard to the first instance of the desired sub category in the list (the top one) and delete the duplicated sub category from the FSD categories tab in the Admin Centre.
I have gone through and done this for any existing records that you have on your database and removed any duplicate sub categories.
The bug will be scheduled in to a future release.

I have worked out that there are 2 records in the DuplicateService table that don’t have FeedID amongst a few other fields that I guess aren’t essential (ServiceProviderIdentifier, ExpiryDate, ListRecordStateID, Issued Date, FeedGroupID)

Not quite sure how this has happened but the records are...
