Sometimes it gets gobbled up and never arrives. Spam filters on your service can do that without putting an email in spam folder.

Have you tried to sync your device with iTunes yet? If that doesn't work you can delete the app then sync with iTunes to add it back to your device. You will lose everything you entered since the last time you synced but at least you'll get back into the app! Good luck!

I just submitted a fix for this to Apple a couple days ago. Hopefully it gets approved soon and you get the update shortly. Thanks for your patience while we wait for Apple to do it's stuff!

The payment system is completely out of my control. I have never had to pay for an app to load it a second time, so perhaps you might be using a different Apple ID? I don't know. At any rate, that is Apple controlling that, not me. Sorry.
