Problem with it here, too. http://tatasmagik.blogspot.com or http://www.imnotbeautifullikeyou.com. It's a custom template - could that be why? Also, does the widget show up only on post pages or on the main page, too? -

i fixed your rater, toyr template was not Blogger "classic" one so i had to make some customization on server side
