Sounds like a good idea to me.
Let me add another one: Having "end call" and "redial" on the same hotkey can sometimes be a bit annoying, especially if the hotkey is "press and hold button for 2 seconds". Here's why: Often, I keep the button pressed to end a call. In the meantime, the other party hung up already. As there's no active call when the function finally triggers, the Zivio issues a "redial" instead of a "hang up".
This could be fixed if the redial would be changed from "press and hold" to "double click".-

The Zivio is mentioned on a couple of blogs now. Seems to be the result of the free giveaways at the BlogHer conference a couple of days ago. Google for "Zivio BlogHer"and you'll see.

Phil, I've posted this question separately already, but haven't got a reply yet. Will the Zivio be shipped internationally or just in the U.S.? Also, it was mentioned somewhere that there'll be two different colors (black&silver and stainless steel) to chose from at the beginning. The preorder page doesn't list different models. Which version will be shipped?-

harlekyn replied on July 12, 2008 06:56 to the question "Firmware updates for the Zivio?" in Joby:
Peter, thank you for your reply. I was asking this question mainly in regard to another posting here saying that the release date was delayed again by a last minute firmware update to ensure we'll be satisfied by the product once it's delivered.
Now I was wondering what happens if, over time, your engineers improve the firmware further. New units will certainly be equipped with the updated software, but it would be a pity if existing customers would be stuck with their original, now-not-perfect-anymore device.
I know that (some, not all) vendors offer firmware updates for their products, and I'd see this as a great feature of the Zivio. Gives some more confidence that the hard earned money is well spent.
A comment on the question "July 1 and still no ZIVIO!" in Joby:
July 8th is here - but where's the Zivio? Sure, I can preorder it from myzivio.com for couple of days now, but that hardly qualifies as "available". – harlekyn, on July 08, 2008 18:55-

Firmware updates for the Zivio? As the Zivio is a complex product that will benefit from improved software, I'm wondering if there will be firmware updates available in the future?
harlekyn asked a question in Joby on July 02, 2008 19:36:
Zivio availability in Europe/GermanyWill the Zivio ship to or be available in Europe/Germany, too? If yes, when - directly at launch date (July 8th as I read here), or at a (which?) later date?
