I'm using another invoice system which spits out a PDF. I want to be able to tack that PDF to the invoice. Moreover I want to be able to mark the invoice as 'sent'.

I see. I guess the sales tax system is quite a bit different from the US. Your approach does not do it for me as I pay 19%, 6% or 0% VAT. In the 'Chart of Accounts' I can't for example select multiple 'Payables'.

However I did came up with a solution. I now tag my expenses with the relevant VAT. Under 'Payables' I can filter on tag which solves my problem.

View paid sales tax

Is there a way of seeing how much sales tax I have paid? Say I entered an expense of 119,- and the local sales tax (Dutch) is 19%. Is there a way of seeing that I paid 19,- in sales tax? I would expect that under 'Watch Money' -> 'Sales Tax', but maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot.

I would use this to file my taxes.
