And the problem is back for us as well!
Our subdomain is kabisa.
This has happened three times before now, and each time we look like total idiots to our clients. We are paying heavily ($40 per month for four projects), which is outrageous to begin with, because of the many bugs that still exist in your 'product'. But when it is not working at all for the third time, you guys are seriously pissing me off.
I suggest you fix this problem once and for all today.
harm asked a question in Atlantic Dominion Solutions on July 31, 2009 15:12:
How to add multiple people from the client to a Scrum'd project? We have a client who wants 'read' access to Scrum'd.
Currently we can only have one 'product owner' and there is no possibility for a second person to 'watch' the project from a client perspective.
How can this be resolved?-

harm replied on June 02, 2009 12:32 to the question "Workflow?" in Atlantic Dominion Solutions:
Hi Robert,
I understand Scrum. We are using this every day, using tools such as Scrumworks, but we are considering to switch to Scrum'd if all works fine.
We we're unsure what to do with the 'to-verify' state in the tasks overview. We initially expected that this state ment that the product owner should verify the task. Our tasks we're all waiting to be 'verified'. That is why we could not close the sprint.
Also, to me it was unclear that the developers (scrum team members) had to fill in there actual hours when completing the user story.
A simple introduction tutorial (or screencast) describing the entire workflow would certainly help.
Cheers, Harm.
