One thought I've had on this and how it relates to the auto-scroll feature: There have been a few times where I've left Tweetie running on my computer while I was away from it for awhile. Over that period of time I received two Mentions with some space in-between them. When I returned to the computer, one of the mentions was right there on the screen, but the other was much further down the timeline. If I had not clicked the Mentions tab to try and clear it, I would not have seen it.
I supposed this could be fixed by turning off the auto-scroll, but you know what they say, Twitter Isn't Email.

Support for TwitPic alternativesTwitPic, like many web services, has temporary outages and downtime. When these happen, attempting to include a picture in a tweet results in a "host not found" type of error (perhaps another idea to share would be a clarification of which host is not found, Twitter or TwitPic).
Regardless, it would be nice if in Settings one could select an alternative to TwitPic such as Yfrog or Pikchur. This would be helpful during downtime or if someone preferred either service to TwitPic.

Add tr.im supportTr.im is a great service that offers URL shortening as well as statistic tracking. These statistics can be tracked from a web browser outside of Tweetie, but having the ability to tell Tweetie to use Tr.im and to link it to your Tr.im account would be useful.
Not a crucial/deal breaking feature, but would help people who tweet a lot of URLs with the bookmarklet.

Switch Rolando's landscape orientation.Currently Rolando uses an orientation that involves rotating the iPhone counter-clockwise to play the game. This orientation is used by many applications, but I feel it is incorrect. Here are my reasons why:
1. In this orientation, the right palm easily covers the iPhone's only speaker.
2. The left palm covers the headphone port, making for an awkward feeling when you have headphones plugged in.
3. When holding the iPhone standing up, pressing down on the volume rocker results in the visual representation of the volume bar decreasing to the left. This does not change even when rotating the iPhone either direction. Because of this, when using iPhone applications in the counter-clockwise rotation pressing to the right on the volume rocker (to decrease the volume), results in the visual volume bar decreasing to the left in a weird mirror of your physical input.
I don't program for the iPhone so I don't know if there is some weird limitation that encourages developers to have their iPhone tilt counter-clockwise. Also I know the iPhone's YouTube app does counter-clockerwise orientation as well, so perhaps this is an issue of consistency. Otherwise, this is a great game that I enjoyed playing and revisit often.-
