If you don't want to use the flash viewer you can always right-click and choose open in new tab or open in new window and your standard document viewer will come up.

For future reference, our license requires you to be a member of the students' union to drink in the bar. If you're not a student, you can either get somebody to sign you in, or become an associate member meaning you can use the building and join clubs and societies.

Sorry about this - the opening times differed because of the bank holiday. We're going to make sure this doesn't happen in the future and we've added a note on the website to warn people that the times can sometimes be out of date.

Some of my users either don't recognise or don't notice the download button in smartlook. They don't realise you can right-click so just presume it can't be downloaded.
