Update 1.1 tweaks?Loving the new update =] it's now so much easier to see what you can afford to upgrade and connections are soo much smoother and more comprehensive =]
Knox is awesome and it flows great =] one of my new favourite maps, I can tell you had fun making it!
The prototype armours are great, although I think they are a little too expensive. They don't tend to earn back enough money to cover the price you paid for them and much more. That's just my view =]
Finally, the new control options are great, but where is the option to flip the screen upside down? Im sure you said it would be in this update, and it makes so much more sense if you're using an iPhone, the headphone jack doesn't dig into your left hand and the speaker isn't muffled by your right. Please add this feature for all your iPhone users! It's a nasty little design flaw =\
Please reply to this ngmoco, I know you tend to leave allot of posts for your fanbase to sort out themselves, but there's only so much we can answer!
Thankyou, and I'm looking forward to future updates =D
A comment on the question "Eliminate's power cells are way too expensive." in ngmoco:
You know I love that idea =] and ngmoco will probably do more or less exactly what you have just said, but nearer the end of eliminates life span. It because ngmoco developed eliminate to create a steady flow of cash all the time, that means they will never run out for server costs. When the game finally does become old and less people are paying for power cells then they might have to use a paid version just to keep the servers running. But I must admit I never stopped to think people would still be buying power cells to trade for credits so maybe this update will come sooner than I thought =] – Hazza, on December 02, 2009 10:09

Yup, mines a 3gs too =] the 3gs has always had problems with tap tap =[ hopefully tapulous will find out why! Also, you could try soft resetting it, that always helps in some manner, just hold the home and power buttons together untill the screen turns off and don't let go untill you see the apple symbol =] – Hazza, on November 28, 2009 11:59

It seems like there is no sure way of getting rid of this bug, but, it will go on it's own. Give it time and it will go eventually, you don't have to reinstall or reset at all, just sit it out!
I've had this bug 7 or 8 times now and it always dissapears after a day or two and a full recharge. Hope this helps =] – Hazza, on November 28, 2009 11:48

Catastrophic Lag After 3.01 UpdateI have just downloaded the 3.01 update to TTR3 and every single song I play suffers from a huge amount of lag, the actual animation is really smooth, it's just the time between me tapping and it registering that's about a half a second. Also, triple notes increace the lag to more or less an entire second!
As you can imagine this makes the game pretty much unplayable as every note is a miss unless you learn to tap really early and out of sync. To be honest, I wish I hadn't updated!
I use an iPhone 3GS with the latest software. I have tried resetting the device to clear residual memory, deleting the app and reinstalling it and even restoring the iPhone from scratch. All of these had no effect!
Please Tapulous, what's wrong! Is this a known bug? I know the 3GS does have issues with TTR3, but not as bad as this? Right?

Cooperative Play on Eliminate?I’m sure you are considering this at headquarters already, but I think Eliminate would benefit from it greatly. To have a cooperative mode where 4 players work together against something. I’m thinking something like cod 5 zombies, but with escaped test patients or robots to test how well subjects work together, in keeping with the whole Arsenal Megacorp story. It would be epic to see a gametype where everyone works together to defeat waves of enemies. Possibly like firefight or horde.
My reasons for this are not only the fact that it would be AWESOME, but that Eliminate is an extremely fast paced game to play, when you play online you run around like a mad man concentrating on killing alone. Don’t get me wrong, this is a good thing! I love it, but, when you’re running around so fast with enemies everywhere I think you miss out on the detail of this game, the wonderful textures reflections and lighting you just don’t get enough time to see. I would really like to sit and look at the graphics of this game, and with co op, you’ll be able to get up close to other players for more than 2 seconds without getting you’re head blown off! The fact that you can work together with other players for a change is brilliant, as Eliminate at the moment is a 100% competitive game and it needs a less frantic side to it to balance it out.
Just thought I should mention, Cod 5 zombies has already been released on the app store with online co op, so this sort of thing can be done and works brilliantly!
So...no pressure ngmoco XP
Oh and sorry if I stole someones idea, I did search around but I couldn't find any that were this specific =]

Idea for New 'Slide Tap' in TTR3I don’t know why I posted this, I just liked the idea =P
Anyway, could you implement a hold tap that changes lanes half way through? Only, you don’t need to take your finger off, you just slide it into the next lane. Kinda like the slide motion in DJ Hero but in TTR. You could put this in a DJ TTR, but I don’t know if that would infringe on anything on a legal basis. FreeStyleGames might be a bit pissed =P
Please let me know what you think =]
Thanks

Ahh I see, lol fail =P looking forward to these fixes in 3.1 then! Although, 3.01 seems very laggy even after a restart, no bugs of yet, just a half second lag between me tapping and it registering, starting to regret the update! – Hazza, on November 26, 2009 09:36-

I totally understand what your saying, it's just some people like to play with a purpose, like there working towards something (without having to pay for it). You know? It's like playing an xbox game without saving. You never get anywhere =P – Hazza, on November 11, 2009 21:03

Keep getting logged off of Eliminate servers and have unusually long log in times?I'm not sure how many people are having this problem, but, I keep getting logged off of eliminate servers for no apparent reason...
This is extremely frustrating as it takes 10 to 15 minutes to log on in the first place! I have to leave my iPhone on charge and keep it from going to sleep!
I'm sure this is because of an overwhelming amount users logging in at once, but will there be a fix, and if so, how soon?
Also, I am in the UK. Does the US have this problem as well, or is it just us?
