Both. Last night, I tried both after reading that the update was in place. I left one of the fails in my album. I went back and started testing file size, reducing them in Photoshop. When I got the size under 200k, the images uploaded fine.

Let me modify that. Uploads over 200k fail. Under that uploads fine.
