Daily stats counts don't include all listeners.

Usually my "daily stats" appear to be accurate - the number of streams, calls and TS Live match what I saw during my show - except for this most recent recording. Instead of showing the 7 or so people that were streaming audio directly (via the MP3 feed), it shows 1.

Is there some way to check this?

I do this now by calling in from a phone and using XLite as a "mixer" line. My vista sound drivers won't let me feed both computer audio and mic through... wish I knew of a way to make it do that. The system I'm using works well though.

Talkshoe data details do not render in Google Chrome browser

Google Chrome has become my browser of choice. Edit: Some (not most) of Talkshoe.com works fine in the browser, however when I try to see the show stats, I get a page that is the correct length but with no numbers.

This is also happening on the talkcast page itself where the lists for pending and past episodes should be. The table height is there but there is just no data!

It's as if the data grid itself does not want to render.

I've noticed that my callers get "knocked out" of the web chat occasionally... just had a regular listener mention it to me. You said the web client will "reset itself".... does that interfere with the stream as well?

It is quite annoying

I just finished reading http://www.talkshoe.com/blog/index.ph... and am really appreciative of all the hard work you guys put in to the system.

I wanted to say this here because it's the place that most folks (myself included) have to report issues and ask questions. Your team has a very good attitude when it comes to customer service and dealing with us.

Again, thank you for providing not only a great product but also supporting and upgrading it so well!

Talkcast Statistics download counting problem

I use Google's feedburner for my RSS feed. In the past two weeks my download count according to my TCStats has dropped dramatically.

The report from two weeks ago is down 40% from 3 weeks ago and last week's number is down another 25%. This week's numbers have not changed since yesterday evening and I've always seen at least a few downloads with every refresh.

While I can see some change in numbers week to week, this sharp of a decline is insane!

At this point I can't tell if there is a problem because of Google/Feedburner or something wonky with Talkshoe's traffic counting. I did recently work to push listeners to use the feedburner feed because

Does anyone know if Google/Feedburner caches the enclosure file or are there possibly issues with the Talkshoe tracking?

This service provides a podcast with a phone number that can be dialed in to. When you call in it begins playing the most recent post.

Well, my show appears to have stopped and been made available for download without any extra time. Now to add in the sound effects that the lack of VoIP connectivity left me without. (*sad trombone*)

Not only can we not end shows but there was no audio stream and no SIP connectivity tonight. My call ID is 75570, people reported that they could hear if they dialed in but we could not connect though Sip, with ShoePhone or MP3 stream.

Why is it that things always seem to blow up on Sundays?
