Thor, it is the main feature users around the world recognize your service. So I wouldn't review it as a small issue for small group of companies.

Hmmm... 3 months passed and the main feature of the service, the Feedback Widget does not properly work? Should we expect it to be resolved in a week or so. We need to plan if we will keep the widget on our site. Thank you!

Any news for this? Issue is still unresolved and it really destroys the idea of widget as a quick way to see the news on the clients' sites.

I have mentioned that the recent praises are not correctly displayed on Feedback widget. The recent praise given to our company is 4 days old, but still Feedback widget does not show it. I have looked to other sites too and it seems they have similar problems. Please clarify the issue.

Additional information!

Please, note that the business is registered in the USA and have a legal physical address in the USA, so I think it must change the "citizenship" of the account from Armenia to USA if the upgrade will be required.

More information can be provided via email, so I am waiting for official answer to my questions.

Can I have Premier and Business accounts?

Hello!

I am always asking about anything specific to support of the service via email. I have done the same with PayPal too, but after a day of waiting, I have received a message that was an autoresponder actually. So, I am asking again here. Hope to listen answers to my questions.

So, currently I have an Armenian PayPal account that is a Premier Verified account. As you may know, Armenian Premier accounts can only send money and not receive/withdraw.

I am going to open another account for our US registered company that will be a Business account as an alternative payment method to be used in the future.

My questions:

1. Can I have both Premier and Business accounts?

2. If no, if I will upgrade my Armenian Premier account to Business account for US registered company, will It become US account that can receive money, not only send.
