Be a virtual DJ by creating your own music stream, with a playlist that is updated real time. Ability to share the stream with anyone you give the link to. People listening are not able skip or choose songs. Ability to hide upcoming tracks for the surprise effect. Played songs history for listeners.

Charts for most popular streams. Streams can be taged with genre classifications. Stream can be password protected or public.

Some kind of alert system for people who subscribe to the stream, that alerts every time the stream is activated.

Guest appearances by celebs or artists. Maybe even ability for the DJ to talk to the listeners between the songs.

These are all the features I could come up shortly after I got the idea. If some of them are hard to incorporate, then skip them. The main point is to be able entertain people you know (or dont) with songs you like.
