I have 4 free wikis, one paid one, and one premium one (I think we've bought all the upgrades we can)... None of them are running the 2.0 interface.

I'd like to get a team together this afternoon on our premium one to learn the new 2.0 interface.

Question: How do you enable / flip the interface to 2.0?
Where is that setting for our premium wiki at?
