We have tried to reproduce your problem with IE 8 but everything works fine.
Please try to access your page from another network provider to check if it is related to e.g. firewall settings.

If this still not work, please send us a link to your page including the shelf and we will try it out.

We have checked your document and all pages contain bitmaps only, there are no text on the pages. You need to upload a PDF (or other types of documents) with text components, then search should work.

In the upload tab you can, at the top, select to upload either one file or many files. The maximum is 500 files and 100mb

A feature like this on not available in the product now. If you want to protect your documents like this you have to upload them as private and implement the verification of the user on your website.

The special/alternative theme is for the embed and the standalone viewer. You cannot change theme for your document on Issuu's site.

If the tittle is the same Smartlook will only upload the document once and use this for all links.
Having looked at your profile in Issuu it looks like you only have this paymentinfo in one instance as well as the cartinfo

A private document can be made public from My Library, select document and press Distribute. Then by pressing the Publish button your document will be available for users on Issuu.com

The SEO benefit is only for public documents on Issuu site. Private documents will not be indexed and cannot be searched.

You create a user account, and start uploading your documents/books. Then you get a direct link to each of the documents, or you can embed them on webpages.

You create a user in our system, upload your PDF and you can then embed the document on your web page allowing the readers to turn pages or you can make the system turn the pages automatical (and several other features).

You need to keep your documents as private document, which prevent other issuu users to access your document and you are still able to embed the documents to your websites.

The error code indicate a communication error, please try again or try another internet connection. The limits on files are 100M and 500 pages.

You can turn download on/off, for each document. Go to my library and select edit - under "sharing options" you can turn download on/off.
