I agree. Flash for os x 10.6 always crashes whenever you try to do something - it seems very buggy and generally unstable. Was working fine before 10.6 came out.

I don't really understand your point... Gmail uses IMAP on the iphone, but there is no 'push' capability, only fetch.

Yeah, the bluetooth on the iPhone does *nothing* useful (except headsets which in my view isn't very useful). You can confirm this when you do the pairing between your macbook and the iphone; it will show you what "services" are available, and report "none".

Not being able to synch wirelessly is one of the nice WTF experiences of the 1.0ishness. I didn't expect to be able to use the iphone as a modem for my macbook (tho i would love to), bt i certainly expected sync to work.

iTunes for windows has no proxy support

As far as I am aware, iTunes store for windows doesn't work behind a corporate proxy server that requires authentication. We are unable to use iTunes for windows, but the mac version works. This is because Mac handles the proxy authentication on the system, but on windows iTunes must handle the proxy authentication - it doesn't!
What could happen is that a popup window opens when you access the store to enter a username and password for the proxy.
This has been an issue for a while now - I wish apple would get it fixed!

Yes!!! I also desperately want this feature! I don't know why Gmail are behind yahoo, who have been using push IMAP onto the iphones even before the software update to 2.0

I sometimes get this problem with my MBP, and find that sometimes restarting it once in a while solves the problem. Leaving it on sleep all the time probably isn't too good for it.
