Not at this time I'm afraid. We're thinking hared about these subjects, but so far we like the "network effect" of having everything be online, similar to flickr pages. There's a spirited discussion here with answers from Blaise and Jonathan

I too am annoyed by the separate video window.
Thinking this over some, a rather radical idea popped into my head. We already have a tabbed interface, yes?
Why not have the video (or other content, extending the idea) fire up in a new tab?
Then you could have multiple videos / songs open at the same time, switch back and forth between them (with an option for automatic pause / resume when you switch, so that only one of them is playing at a time), with each getting its own tab to itself to display video / visualiser / album art / whatever.
Basically, do for media what tabbed browsing did for web pages in Firefox.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I broke my own rule and did not point out that when criticizing a FREE service, it's appropriate to thank the providers for their efforts as well. I was a bit frustrated after going through the process of adjusting the filtering levels of a large block of feeds. As for the title of the item, well, your page encouraged me to create an eye-catching title, so I did my best.
And now, the official thanks: AideRSS is a great service with a great purpose behind it. Thanks to you and all those involved.-
