Highrise suggestions: support tags and combined name fieldTwo quick suggestions regarding highrise integration:
1. support combining first and last name fields for sendloop's name field
2. support importing only a specific highrise tag. I already have my contacts separated into groups with tags.

attach images to deposit transactionI have a feature request: I'd like to be able to attach an image or two to a deposit. Many of our donations come in the form of paper checks, sometimes with a letter attached. It would be nice to attach a scan of these checks to the deposit record in lessaccounting.

Wow. A very very serious "thank you" to you and yours. We make a big focus of keeping our costs extremely low and getting the money to where it works, so this more than helps in that regard.
As a sidenote, I believe this qualifies as a donation, so send me a mailing address and I'll make sure a tax letter gets to you for write-off purposes.

A few days from multiple currency support? Talk about great luck. That's good to hear.
As for my gram, you can see her handiwork here:

It's all volunteer and she's built it from the ground up. – Christian, on February 18, 2009 01:11

Can we have "money in" and "money out" in different currencies?I just started using LessAccounting to manage the books for my grandmother's charity work with orphans in Rwanda (She's take full responsibility for over 30 and pay to send 300+ to school every year.) I just wanted to throw in a request for beefed up currency support in LessAccounting by giving you a little info on our scenario.
The point by point summary:
- the company and primary bank account is in the US and in US Dollars.
- Sometimes we get donations in foreign currency, such as euros.
- Once the money gets there, it's converted into Rwandan Francs and spent accordingly.
- I'll be doing the accounting from the US side, mostly of US dollar deposits.
- Gram will be doing the accounting from the "money out" side, largely in rwandan francs.
You current system doesn't quite cover us 100% (no one does really), but the product looks very healthy and you guys seems very responsive to your users. If you can sort out this accounting scenario in the appropriate way, it would certainly give you a leg up in accounting for inter-country commerce.

I also would like to see a regularly scheduled auto sync as well. It's a pain to have to manually trigger it every time I want my contacts updated. – Christian, on February 17, 2009 15:14-
