Feed is full of duplicates in Google ReaderView the feed in Google Reader.
If you look at Reader's normalized Atom feed for your blog, you'll note that the atom:id@gr:original-id is different for the most recent two (should be one) entries. Looks like your rss:guid changes when you edit the post, maybe?
