Yeah it'd be awesome to be able to use Ubiquity in multiple applications as if it were a part of the OS itself. It's amazingly powerful and yet brilliantly easy to use!
I could even see it as part of an interface for a smart phone/PDA. It seems like it would be a real time saver as compared to navigating through a lot of different menus and applications, especially when one considers how limited the inputs of smart phones/PDAs are in comparison to a full blown PC or laptop.-

Hobot shared an idea in Mozilla on September 04, 2008 14:00:
Unit Conversion CommandWhat about a command that converts imperial measurements to metric and vice versa? This could be extended to all sorts of different unit conversions, but to keep it simple and easy to use it might be best to confine it to distance, speed and mass measurements.
Might be rather difficult, but it'd be great if it was context sensitive too so you could convert a whole selection or page.

Context Menu ProblemNothing happens when selecting a calculation (like in the tutorial), right-clicking, and then clicking on "Calculate" in the context menu. However, it works fine when I select the calculation and then issue the "Calculate" command.
