The Calendar application is not part of Automatic Organizer. It is actually a completely separate application created by Yahoo! itself.

I do not believe it can be removed from your application list, but you may want to contact Yahoo! Mail support for further information.

What browser and operating system are you using?

I am more than happy to remove Automatic Organizer and disconnect OIB from your Yahoo! Mail account.

I am sorry you are having some issues changing your login info. That must be really frustrating!

Where are you trying to change your login information? Can you include a screenshot or provide some more information on what you see so that I can try to help you out?

My company's Get Satisfaction page (for OtherInbox) has apparently disappeared.

What happened? Needless to say, we're not very happy about all of our topics disappearing.

We use the GS shortlinks in many places to help our customers find useful information for our products. Our "Help" link also goes directly to Get Satisfaction. Now, all of those links are dead and lead to a page like:

The "forward" function in OtherInbox certainly could use quite a bit of improvement.

Currently, it works by maintaining as much of the original email as possible. You'll notice that when you use OIB's forward, the receiver sees the email as if it came from the original sender, not you.

Perhaps the solution is two different features? One to send the email to your primary email account, and one to "forward" the email to other people (like a normal email client does)?

Do you find value in the way forwards are done currently?

Thank you for the offer to get us some more information. I was unable to find any messages over IMAP that exhibited this behavior.

As far as you can tell, are the affected emails similar in any way? Do they only come from certain senders? From your original post, it sounded like it happen to (nearly?) every HTML message.

Also, can you forward an affected email *from OtherInbox* to me?

Michael - I appreciate your patience while we have looked and relooked at the information you emailed to me with regards to why a specific message was not picked up by OtherInbox from your Gmail account.

Can you provide us with an update on how things look for you lately? Does it seem like a lot of messages are getting missed now and not just the one example you provided to me earlier?

To turn off your Daily Digest, the email that summarizes what was organized for you the previous day:
1. Click on Automatic Organizer in Yahoo! Mail from the application list (bottom, left-hand corner)
2. Uncheck the box next to "Send me an email summarizing all messages organized in the previous day."

I apologize the long delay in replying to your post.

Are you reading your OIB messages over IMAP in Outlook or forwarding them to an email account that you read in Outlook?
