Also, I wanted to add that this 3G issue does not exist when using 176x144 resolution.

You can use this as a temporary fix if you'd like. :)

Looks like there are definitely some issues with this version. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We're working on fixing this right now.

For those of you who know to access your iPhone's file system, you can always revert back by:
- Removing /Applications/Qik.app
- Extracting the Qik.app found in this zip file (http://qik.com/Qik.zip)
- Replacing the new Qik.app into the /Applications directory on your iPhone

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience - There will be a fix for this soon if you'd like to just hang tight.

We've addressed the cutting off issue with the recent update for Qik which you can find in Cydia.

Qik video now buffers then pushes it online once the stop button is hit.

Sometimes there are issues with certain countries not receiving SMSs. If you sent in your account info (username and/or mobile number), I would have taken care of the problem by manually sending you the SMS via Skype.

If you are logged in, the follow link appears underneath the user's profile picture in their profile... If you are following them, the link turns into "stop following"

If you are not logged in, the follow link does not appear anywhere.

Right now, the way the beta Qik app for the iPhone is setup is to just stream video, there is no buffering or anything currently.

We were having some technical issues yesterday, performance should be much better today.

Great suggestion... We've actually been working on our chat, and an open chat (on load) is going to be the route we are going with this particular thing.
