All pets are welcome on the bus if it is in a carrier. The only dogs that should be coming on the bus without a carrier is a service dog.

Thanks for your question. Aaron is correct when he talks about our "tight" budget. The two different times you are referring to is actually the same bus. To add another late bus for more frequency would cost approximately $1500/wk. (something we just can't afford to do at the present time) If the funds become available for HTA, later service would definitely be something worth looking into.
