Hi Henk,
We don't have a way of migrating information over from Get satisfaction to our new forum. And we have no way of migrating users, so this is why I wanted to make our customers aware that we are moving away from this forum and that our support and other community member can be contacted at this new forum.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

A comment on the question "Build 5018 crashing VIPRE" in Sunbelt Software:
Hello! We are not seeing any crashing issues with 5018. So if you are having it with 5018 I would like a tech to take a look at your system. If this is the case please let me know and I will get a tech on the case. I assume you are running the consumer version?
Thanks,

Hi everyone, I do apologize for this issue that you have all had. The updates were on our server for an hour before they were pulled off because of this problem. We have taken internal actions to make sure this doesn't happen again and we will have definition update 5020 out as soon as we can which will NOT have this issue.
Sunbelt understands your concerns and we will do everything we can to make sure they are addressed.

Jamie Hudson replied on October 01, 2008 13:08 to the question "The method omop is broken again!" in method:
Hi Felicia,
I really appreciate the reply, I can certainly take a picture of the broken mop as I haven't thrown it out yet. I will take a picture of it and email that address. I am so glad that the method team is on top of it and is willing to help those of us out who have experienced the issue!
Thanks again!
Jamie
Jamie Hudson asked a question in method on September 30, 2008 13:22:
The method omop is broken again!Within the last year I have had two of the method omops (all floor care kind, not the wood care kind) break on me. The first one broke where the handle meets the bottom of the mop and just yesterday the hand grip break right off of the mop. Are these omops just made cheaply and is there anything that can be done for me about this?
Right now I have taken to using my old swiffer mop with the method cloths and floor cleaner because I really don't want to waste more money on another omop. I absolutely love the method line and this is the first problem I have had like this with any of their products so I am miffed.
Thanks!

A comment on the problem "SBAMsvc.exe causing 100% CPU utilization" in Sunbelt Software:
Richard,
Sunbelt realizes we have conflicts in VIPRE that need to be resolved. We are working on them and should have a version update within the next month. What our support is recommending to our customers are the workarounds that we have available to us until this new version is released.
VIPRE was in beta for about 8 months before it was released and we had a lot of beta testers. Unfortunately there are so many different programs and environments out there that we were bound to run into issues when we released that we wouldn't have caught in our own internal testing or beta testing. I do hope that you will try VIPRE again in time and please let us know if you need anything else.

A comment on the problem "Version 3 Frustration" in Sunbelt Software:
Andy,
Which help button doesn't work?
Sunbelt understands that VIPRE has some conflicts with other programs. We are doing everything we can to get these addressed in our next version release due out within the next month.
Our support is in the middle of transitioning to 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week. This should be completed for the consumer side within the next month.
Sunbelt is doing everything we can to ease the issues you are experiencing as well as everyone else is experiencing. We do hope that you will continue to use VIPRE and will do everything we can to assist you while you are running this.
Thank you for your feedback and let me know if we can assist you any further.
