I suppose you only need such software in Windows while the problem also affects other platforms. – Kai, on April 29, 2009 18:07

Kai replied on February 24, 2009 21:49 to the problem "Usability flaws in RTM web interface" in Remember The Milk:
The ideas are so cool (location based reminders etc) but the interface really sucks. It takes me 5 seconds over and over again to find the "Add Task" button - every 2-3 days. Or have you ever tried sending or sharing tasks? It's completely f***ed up - the interface confuses me how to select and unselect people - it never does what I want. Same happens when trying to pick tasks which you want to priorize or mark done.
For your problem specifying time, try "bring back shoes 9:00" / "... 21:00" (use double colon), that should work. It works for me.-

Ah Britta, good to hear that. Since I am not storing my top-secret personal data there, there is no need to keep it top secure/safe. – Kai, on February 23, 2009 07:46

Get Satisfaction for open source projectsWhat should I use as company name? And would I get some payed features for free? Will it make sense anyway?
Kai replied on February 22, 2009 21:01 to the idea "Bug Tracking" in GitHub:
Max, that sounds complex although it could be a nice solution. But would you really want trackers to be forked/duplicated? If you are really in need of such a thing you are creating a new product based on the fork. Usually forks are done to fix bugs, and thus the bug tracker should still be a single instance. I could only imagine a one-time import of bugs when forking to base-off a complete new product. But that should be part of the bug tracker then.
A comment on the idea "Bug Tracking" in GitHub:
Yes that's true. A prominent link with probably a small statistics box (bugs open/closed, milestone progress) which could be aggregated thru API offered by many trackers. – Kai, on February 22, 2009 20:50

Wiki pages not showing correct login statusOn my wiki pages it appears I am not logged in (profile/account box missing, instead showing "sign on & pricing) but I can still edit my wikis. Maybe a cookie issue since wikis were moved to a subdomain?
