I do have this problem...I opened my account using my work email address. I have changed jobs and therefore no longer have access to that address. I tried emailing someone from Prezi yesterday who said in another thread that he could fix it, and the email bounced. Please provide an email where we can do this.

This feature is there now...in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window, there is a "settings" link. Clicking the link provides a pop-up window with the options you suggested. Way to go!
