    Help with uploading documents for Proof of ID
    My Pay Pal account has been limited since August - I did all the steps and it still wasn't fixed so contacting Pay Pal they told me I had to upload a proof of address document. This isn't one of the steps to complete so I don't have an upload button.

    I've faxed my proof of address three times now and have had nothing and on contacting I keep getting told to use the upload button, which I don't have. Is there any way someone can add the upload button to me steps to complete list, so I wouldn't be having all this faxing trouble?

    Thank you for the help, I finally got a reply but with it is another problem. It said that I was to upload a letter or proof of address using the upload button. I have things I can scan in but no upload button. How can I sent the proof? I don't have a fax.

    How to remove account limitation?
    My Pay Pal account got limited a few days after I changed my password, so I'd guess that was the cause. I've sent all the identity confirmations and information that was wanted and a month later I'm still waiting to be reviewed. I've tried e-mailing and contact but I'm just getting automated responses.

    I received the money refund from verifying my credit card back in August but I've had nothing else and still can't use the account. The check list is complete, so how can I remove the limitation?
