    Hi All

I too was a bit frustrated about not being able to send statements/reminders so have been simply resending the invoices with an Overdue subject line etc.

This has actually proved to be very effective in getting paid and eliminating the usual "please send a copy of the invoice" - it's actually more effective than the old days of sending statement. However, it's a real pain to have to copy and paste text from our old reminder templates into the emails in FA and it also relies on me logging who has been sent reminders and final reminders.

One option would be to allow the creation of email templates that can be used to resend the invoices. I'm sure this would be resolved when the enhancement talked about is introduced but it would still be a really nice feature to be able to create email templates. Any thoughts?

I also need the ability to add more than one email address for a contact as some clients need invoices sent to more than one recipient and I have to do this by resending the invoice to the second recipient.

On another note, one of the key reasons for me moving to FA was the Timepost add-on. It worked perfectly initially but then stopped updating and now failed competely and it's clear that the authors aren't interested in helping to resolve what has become a widespread problem with it. I know the FA guys are in no way responsible for third-party add-ons and were acting in good faith when providing a link to Timepost from their website (which thankfully has now been removed) but it would be great if FA could produce their own version of this. Alternatively, is there an API available that would allow me to develop one? I would dearly like to be able to offer this free to all those who have been left in the lurch by Colovo.

Thanks in advance for any responses

DO NOT BUY TIMEPOST - IT'S A RIP OFF!
I purchased Timepost and initially it worked fine. Then it stopped updating tasks so I submitted a support request via GetSatisfaction - no response. Now it doesn't work at all with error saying wrong credentials which is nonsense. I've emailed Colovo asking for help and no surprises - no response. I've emailed mark@colovo.com three times initially asking for support and finally asking for my money back - no response.

I was using it with FreeAgent and have noticed they have removed this add-on link from their website - I think that says it all!

The domain colovo.com expires on 10 Oct 2009 14:56:32 so we can only hope Mark decides not to renew allowing their website to disappear and stop them ripping more people off.

Does anyone know of an alternative that works with FreeAgent?

Timepost not sync'ing tasks with FreeAgent
I've updated a project wth new tasks and Timepost appears to update correctly i.e. no error messages, but the tasks don't appear in Timepost against the project. I have checked FreeAgent to make sure I have assigned the tasks to the correct project and it is all correct.

In an attempt to find out if it is just a problem with this one project I added a task to another project and now none of the tasks for that project appear either. In both cases there are projects that have been given manual timesheets for other tasks.

Could this be a bug in Timepost/FreeAgent?

Any help would be much appreciated

    Hi there

When sending an invoice by email, I have three 'sent from' email addersses in a drop-down box but it defaults to the wrong one. Is it possible to remove the other two addresses or at least set the default?

    Many thanks
