Development PositionsHi, Love your site - this is probably the best example of a web 2.0 site coming out of Japan. You guys have certainly raised the bar for other developers and designers.
I live in Tokyo and run triangle-solutions.com and would be interested in any development requirements you may have - we develop PHP / Zend Framework.
Keep it up - great start

Get Satisfaction! (Get Satisfaction)
Its your subject - it is very similar to lots of emails that used to be sent out selling Viagra and Ciallis pills.
Its unfortunate but your company name utilised in the subject and maybe even body could trigger spam filters
In this case it would likely need a whitelisting but getting corporate IT departments to do anything is difficult enough

Replies blocked by spam filterReplies blocked by spam filter
Understandably 'getsatisfaction' emails are blocked by our corporate spam filter.
Every effort should be made to make sure these mails get through even removing Get Satisfaction from the subject and body of the mails to reduce and spam scoring.-

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The tool as it states is in Beta so expect some teething time.
You should be able to double click to add additional points.
The main purpose of this tool is to get the distance of the jouney you took, so no saving capabilities will likely be implemented.
Previous thread has talked about post code and fuzzy search please add to that.

Widgit SuggestionsHi
2 Things for the Widgit
1. Get Satisfaction Logo should link to my Forum Home Page not the general home page please.
2. When I have no Topics I get a big grey space to the right of the form - can you please make this look a little sexier. I.e Company X has no topics at this current time be the first to write one...
Cheers
