Tech installed M card(multi/dual channel) but still no HBO. Very frustrating, Comcast is really quick about pointing finger to another vendor (Tivo)

Did you get this resolved? I have the same problem My HBO was working fine with digital box but recently I replaced it with 2 single channel cable cards for my Tivo HD and HBO stopped working, just a gray screen now. A comcast technician came by 2 days ago and replaced 2 single channel cards with one dual channel and HBO is still not working. He said everything looks good in terms of signal being sent to Tivo HD card so it must be the Tivo which makes little sense since all other channels are working. Any help would be great! Thanks.
