Hi,
We couldn't reproduce the issue. A first gess is that it could have been a problem with our servers at the time of the request.
Could you please regenerate your api key ('Account' section at www.meaningtool.com) and try to make the request again with the new one.
If you have a Unix based OS you can open a console and write:
curl 'http://ws.meaningtool.com/0.1/trees/d1c61fdf-996a-472f-a2ba-b6cd582797de/categories.json?api_key={YOUR_NEW_API_KEY}&source=url&input=http://www.mahalo.com/germany'
Or simply enter the url in a browser window and check if the categorization results are displayed. -

About the language filter bug, we are right now working on it, so I hope you'll stop seeing unwanted languages in your feed the next few days.
