Really disappointed so far...Quality of service disappointing. So far the control panels have been responding extraordinarily slowly and I can't even access the domain manager even though I payed the full pop to transfer my domain there. I don't want to waste time for these basic services - and am not willing to take a major quality hit for the green/social side.
After I signed up and experienced the response time of the control panels I wrote to them saying this wouldn't work for me and asked for a refund (happy to pay a cancellation fee). They stood behind their contract and refused. While legally in the right to do this - I can't understand why companies will use legal standing to manage customer satisfaction. More disappointment.

Ah, you might want to take a look here then: http://getsatisfaction.com/aiderss/to...
P.S. If you're back to FF2, try changing the homepage to something other than about:blank. As odd as it sounds, that fixed the problem for Pete.
