I have the same problem.

Good News!
It looks like the problem was due to the gif I attached to the Balsamiq file. I replaced them with a png and it seems to work fine.

This maybe something to look at. I can send you the gif file to see if you can reproduce.

I am using Windows Vista Enterprise Edition x32.
To be fair, my system just crashed yesterday, not due to Napkee, and I had to reload the entire OS.
So my next test will be on Windows 7.

I will let you know.

Hi Enrico,

I have sent you the files. I am now using version 1.2 and it doesn't locks up when you try to preview. After you open 1 file try to open the other file and Napkee hangs. It doesn't matter the order.

Has this been fixed yet? I have the same problem but I am using a data management software to track different versions of the file. I found that since I don't have the file checked-out it is marked Read-Only and I shouldn't be able to save it. I made a few changes only to find out that they were not saved.

These are a few the my co-worker and I came up with.

Font Size, image and icon size, button size, Data Grid colors, link color, default buttons for dialog frame, arrow color & opacitiy.

thanks for the reply. Is there a list of tags somewhere? I am trying to set the default font size to be 10 instead of 13. I have tried <size>10</size> and <fontsize>10</fontsize>.

Yes, I was using IE and still get a link to a .zip file. I changed to Chrome and got the .air file but got the attached error.

I then found that instead of using "c:\program files" as the install folder, I had to put "C:\program files\Balsamiq" in order to get it to install. Then it created a "Balsamiq Mockups" folder under the path I had to type.

I had also uninstalled the previous version.
But it is installed now.

The desktop download is linked to a .zip file instead of a .air file. When I change it to .air it errors during the install.
