just tried with the chilean locales and seems to be working fine. Checked on the computer of our chilean team and they were using EN locales...

there are some missing translations and we will feed them back into the wiki as you suggested.

After testing further I have noticed that the UI is actually translated to spanish for locales ES-es and ES-mx, but not for ES-cl, as I am now involved on a chilean site. Echo theme does not seem to support translation, or you forgot to add the spanish one otherwise. I used to be able to get the UI in spanish with the old theme but I can no longer do that in echo.
